• AI and machine learning solutions
• IT consulting and strategy

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.

3. User Obligations

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service or any other systems or networks connected to the service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NewGenix Software Solutions and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of NewGenix Software Solutions.

For custom development projects, intellectual property rights will be governed by the specific Master Services Agreement (MSA) or contract signed between NewGenix and the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NewGenix Software Solutions, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
